Bob Heisler has served as the Business
Manager of the Michigan Conference since August 14, 1995.
He is responsible for the day-to-day activities of accounting,
payroll, finance, financial reports, purchasing, budgeting, cash
management, asset management, and investments. He compiles
financial reports and other financial information forwarding them
to appropriate persons and committees. He also is responsible for
the timely transmittal of OCWM Basic Support and Special Support
to the national church based on broad transmittal policies.
Bob serves as the staff person to the Budget and Finance, the
Investment, and the Property Committees of the Michigan
Conference.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Illinois
Wesleyan University, and has completed a number of courses in
Accounting at Lansing Community College.
His previous work experience includes Payroll Administrator for
the Lansing Management Company (1992-1995), Plan Administrator for
Preferred Benefit Systems in Okemos MI (1989-1992), and
Administrative Coordinator (1979-1989) as well as Zone Manager
(1975-1979) for Collegiate Products of Tulsa OK.
