Judy Hylen returns to the team as the new Director of The Resource Connection -- the lending library of the Michigan Region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Michigan Conference United Church of Christ.  The Resource Connection is located within the regional office in Lansing.

In addition to her new role with The Resource Connection, she will continue as the editor of the conference's newspaper In the Michigan Conference.

A graduate of Western Michigan University in the area of Elementary Education,  as well as a graduate of the S.T.E.M. program, Judy first joined the staff of the Michigan Conference in 1990 as a part-time receptionist, going full time in 1993.  Over the years she has served as the primary support person for outdoors ministry, as the conference's communication's coordinator, and as the secretary for Covenant Association.

An accomplished musician, Judy has played the organ in churches, directed choirs, taught piano, accompanied students, and published musical compositions.

She also has experience as a local church secretary.

Judy is an active member of First Congregational United Church of Christ in Charlotte.
